@hrdkorebp The parking lot was all but empty, the parking spaces beside the disabled space were just as advantageous to anyone needing a disabled place, nobody deserved to be interrogated by an armed psycho imitating a police officer let alone gunned down in front of their children because of it. Also the video stated that the disabled space isnt clearly marked. The driver was in the car, I assume if a disabled persons car pulled up needing the space & it was explained to the parked driver that she would have moved, at the very least she would deserve to be asked before justifying the killing of her children's father in front of them just because she parked in a vaguely marked disabled space.

An asshole, an armed asshole at that, was in his own world managing his hatred n venting it upon someone who absent minded but harmlessly parked a car full of her family in a disabled spot among many other empty parking spots. That family was also in its own world, minding their own business n looking after themselves, nobody had any right to interrupt them so its understandable that the father would react physically. Not only is tha world we live in politically charged it is fulla creeps n perverts, any man in any country who reacted the same way would be forgiven for doing so. It was a fucked up situation. One person who done the pushing got shot after he failed to show enough respect toward a life-threatening situation for the shooters liking in that situation. As for the shooter, he didn't immediately fire, he drew the weapon, took aim, hesitated & fired. Do you think he should have tried to tickle the pusher with his gun ? Maybe you think he should have only fired cotton wool from his gun instead of a bullet ? Well in the real world where life actually happens away from a computer or TV screen its legal to own, carry & defend yourself with a gun in the USA. Everyone who lives there knows this & they know that guns aren't toys, decorations or idle threats. When someone draws a gun it is to fire & potentially kill someone to prevent them from harming the shooter. #Dickhead

@dj4650 It may not have been a moment to kill or even open fire but nor was it a moment to "Attack" the stranger who until the wife seen the husband approaching & then got out of the car was merely an asshole talking to a car door. As for the moment to kill, look at the video. The mans on the ground after being blind sided, he sees an adult male aprox 20 years younger than him standing over him moving his hands around his waist area & moving closer to him so the grounded man makes the decision to draw his weapon. Youre a gun guy. When do you decide the situation is a life or death situation ? Before you draw your gun or before you fire it ? Where did the grounded man make a moral error ? I put it to you on yer high horse that if I blindsided you so hard yer knocked off yer feet & when you looked up you seen me at best hovering over you moving my hands toward my belt line that you too would have drawn your weapon. So why draw a weapon if you arent gonna use it ? The decision to fire/kill was made when he decided to draw the weapon. Thats why there was a trial, thats why there is due process, so that dickheads like you arent rounded up n stuck in concentration camps & preemptively force-fed yer own medicine.

Was the part the defendant claimed that the cops were his friends edited out since this comment was made or did scarecrow 7695 hit the nail on the head ? Judging on the evidence its a pig ignorant moronic comment. The cops were cordial, polite, professional & gave the man absolutely every ounce of dignified due process he was owed. Granted they didn't suck his cock but not only didn't the defendant claim they were his friends or that he was owed a debt of friendship from them but he also didn't claim they were his lovers. Its a prejudiced moronic ignorant comment making light of the fact a family man was killed in front of his wife/partner & his children for the crime of buying snacks. The defendant was treated well by the cops, he was treated in a neighborly fashion, he was given all the due process any man could ask for & justice was served, in the end. (Perhaps he can appeal the sentence, 20 years seems harsh. He was an armed asshole imitating a police officer but he was pushed hard to the ground without warning n the victim looked like he was gonna follow up until the gun was pulled at which point the defendant made up his mind to take action A if the victim didnt take action B, namely repent & retreat. We dont kno what was said but once a weapons drawn n the situation remains unchanged it must be near impossible not to use it in the heat of that moment) Its a victory for democracy & the rule of law in Florida if not the USA but CMS Sultana thinks its just an opportunity to make glib comments n jump on a prejudiced bandwagon n scapegoat. Its a tragic case on many levels, most obviously so on the victims side, his young family have suffered a horrendous loss but have also received the love n support of their friends & family. The defendant had his cross to carry too, the man is obviously overcome with an inner hatred that forced him to brandish a gun on numerous occasions, the final occasion resulting in the death of a relatively innocent man (maybe he shouldn't have walked up to a stranger in a violent armed society n shoved him so hard he knocked him to the ground without a word of an introduction). Its a human story. Its a tragic story on many levels. Its not a joke, no matter what low quality scummy cunts like CMS Sultana want to laugh about.

Drejka didnt call anyone's wife a slut in front of them n he didnt use his gun the first chance he got, He didnt acknowledge the dead mans presence until he was shoved to the ground. He then drew his weapon, hesitated in what I assume any trained responsible licensed gun owner would do, to give the situation a chance to de-escalate n for the gun to be respected, when in his position this didnt happen he then opened fire. This wasnt a drive by shooting or a mugging, watch the video with yer imaginary feelings aside n the volume muted, I cant imagine theres a gun carrying person in USA who wouldnt have drawn their weapon in that situation.
