  2. Its a form of people trafficking. At best they manipulated the situation to create an incident that will give them job security. If the female cop took a sick day or made an insurance claim after being kicked then it becomes a Fraud case as well.

  5. The gray area you speak of is "after the fact" & therefore it doesn't exist. Cops showed up after being called out, duty of care satisfied. She became uncooperative, belligerent or was just incapable of expressing herself coherently but the cops didn't leave when they had every reason & opportunity to leave, AFTER being asked to leave. Instead they hung around deliberately trying to escalate the situation by exploiting the behaviour of a distraught woman who appeared to be under the influence, a cop even asked her was she taking medication & had she been drinking. He only asked this after he assaulted her & in doing so prevented her from going inside & deescalating the situation, Did the female cop take a sick day or make an insurance claim for injury obtained in the line of duty ? If so, it's a "Police State" fraud we are looking at & a people trafficking abduction in broad daylight by Government henchmen lining their own pockets at the Peoples expense.
