  2.  John Russell  It not gonna be good for them. A Tory Government/Executive is never good for the working class but a Tory Government weaponised by Brexit is just brutal. Leave them to it n they will have you foraging for food in ditches after working a 60 hour week to pay the rent on the mud hut they kindly allow you to live in.

I think he is being honest at that, which for a Tory is very suspicious. The EU or nobody else will be standing still for 50 years wondering what the UK might do next. We're gonna keep on innovating n collaborating trying to make the best of whats available to us. Meanwhile, at best the UK will be battling the slippery slope in the hope of one day returning to the 2016 standard of living. Thats a grim 50 years n you have from the the mouth of one of their top dogs. Best case scenario ? If the Tories are voted out tomorrow n good will enters yer negotiations with the EU, its gonna take 10 years of diplomacy to undo the Brexit damage then another 5 years for you to rejoin. 50 years under Tory policy is probably an optimistic prediction.
