Heid The Ba' Scots are Gaelic. Their indigenous language & culture is Gaelic. All their town's, rivers n mountains have Gaelic names. Scotlands name in Gaelic is Alba, Alba means Britain, not Scotland. There is no Gaelic word for Scotland, the name of a partition created by a foreign military. Scotland is British because it is Britain. Scotland does not own the Gaelic language n culture & nor does Ireland, its something God gave to us, the indigenous people of Europes Gaelic/Celtic Islands, to share n prosper from. So yes Scots or more accurately indigenous people from the north of the Gaelic island Alba do have a connection with Ulster, just like they have a connection with Connacht, Leinster & Munster. Not to mention the Isle of Man. So once again, Northern Ireland is not British It is Irish by geography & Gaelic by heritage, by British politics it is Northern IRELAND, not West Britain. #BrokeBackBritistan

@thomastuchel1033 Its a very blunt, basic form of democracy, to the point its not very democratic. In reality the only vote that took place was in England, outside of England it was just a mockery of democracy & an insult upon the intelligence of all who took part. In a genuine referendum the majority would have to be gained in Eng, Sco, Wal & NI in a form of proportional representation & that majority should have to be significant, at least 66% for the entire federation known as the UK to exit. 51% is basic mob brutality, its an English dictatorship not an inclusive democracy.

Once upon a time, the UK was booming as part of the EU, but sadly the spice boys took over n persuaded them to leave, now they're left with only bread n butter but with a promise from the spice boys that jam is coming tomorrow. Some believed it, most didnt but they all grinned n beared it while trying to pretend to the rest of the world that everyone in Britistan all lived happily ever after.

Like Northern Ireland has a say ? They voted for the Good Friday Agreement, they Voted to remain in the EU. The Northern Irish arent responsible for Brexit, they arent responsible for the Tories taking a war footing & being obtuse & antagonistic on every technical detail they agreed to. With NI remaining in the SM then any reasonable government would import n process all EU imports at the ports in Belfast & modernise the port of Derry to ensure frictionless trade with the EU, British exports would still have to comply with EU standards. As for every other so called Brexit disruption the British government needs to stop re-categorizing EU food that passes through a British distribution hub as originating in Britain & imposing bureaucratic restrictions on Northern Irelands food supply, then they just have to commit to permanently maintaining the EU food standards they have been maintaining for over 40 years, & have already agreed to maintain through the transition period. Northern Ireland has its faults but they've not responsible for the London Monarchy engineering social problems.

@thomastuchel1033 The Uk is a political concept, not a geographical entity. As that political concept it is a thinly veiled slightly updated form of medieval European serfdom, where you all pay tribute to London & have zero say in your own existence. If the people of the UK ever decide to update their politics & accept democracy then you would have 4 states, 3 of which on the British island & the other on a small part of the Irish Island. If the UK were to implode tomorrow, similar to how the equally dictatorial equally bureaucratic USSR did, Europes western Celtic islands would remain where they are. The UK is a pretend federation, in reality its an English dictatorship with local regional councils enforcing English policy on behalf of Head Command in London.

At heart Im probably a social democrat but when yer living next door to Alice you have to bow up n take a hard line every now n again. I don't consider myself "Irish" I dont consider myself to be represented by the Dublin Government even though I was born, raised n educated under it & it has arguably tolerated my freedom of conscience to this point. I consider it an imperfect political situation but one that still has enough freedom to address those imperfections I consider myself primarily to be a man, then a Celt, born on the Celtic/Gaelic island, Eireann. As such I consider you a Celt, born in the north of the Celtic/Gaelic island, Alba/Britain. Theres no easy way out brother. Theres no final whistle n scoring a single goal never wins a match until the final whistle blows. If you believe in it, if you think its worth working toward then all you can do is contribute coz its a job of work that will never be done. Even if they move WM to Inverness tomorrow n the Scots rule the roost, yer still gonna have to defend yer position n maintain yer lead. In my remaining life, I'll be happy if I can influence you n yer like to accept yer Gaelic/Celtic roots n persuade you to lay claim to yer indigenous birthright, then we can create a progressive Gaelic/Celtic political, spiritual & cultural Union of our islands, as they were in the beginning, n move forward with our European neighbors as harmoniously as we possibly can. Its only a small matter of the London Monarchy agreeing to maintain EU food standards, which they have been maintaining for over 40 years anyway & have agreed to continue to maintain for a transition period.
