Its easier, smarter, more economical & more environmentally friendly for Germany to import Enectricity from France until it has completed its Hydrogen infrastructure than it is to do any kinda business with Russia for a fuel that will be as obsolete as coal & wood is today in 30 years time. Germany is already increased its imports of Natural gas from USA, it needs Russian Natural Gas like it needs America to add tarrifs to the importation of German Cars, machinery & tech products.
