  1. The EU isn't punishing anyone, its protecting the interests of its members, nothing more. The only people being punished by Brexit is the people who voted for it, The British & its their own Government who engineered that attack on the living standards of the working class people of Britain. The EU has absolutely no say in or responsibility for how the British Government has attacked its own people but thank God the EU is trying to protect it remaining members from that same British attack on prosperity, co-operation, progress & health.

  6. No deal just means you will be trading under WTO rules with countries who already have existing trade deals with the EU. Yous have been well n truly sold down tha river mate, I can see you re-applying for membership inside 20 years, unless of course you negotiate a "Brexit in name only" deal in tha mean time.

  15. As a member state of the EU Britain already has a trade deal with Australia & India. How does it benefit India & Australia to change their existing trading arrangements with Britain & weaken their trading presence within the EUs single market which is at least 850% larger than the tiny by comparison British market which also has a smaller GDP n therefore disposable income therefore spending power than the EU average !? Britain hasn't an economical leg to stand on in these negotiations ! Even the USA is currently trading with Britain in accordance with Britain's status as an EU member, what benefit is it to the USA to renegotiate a less favorable trade deal individually with Britain ?! Brexit is probably the weakest, poorest piece of politics in the entire history of the United Kingdom. Yes it has political allies but its willingly making Britain their economic charity case.

So secrets & all that imaginary stuff that might be is one thing but political legislature is another. We have that legislature, we can view it & we can demand it be enforced. Pensioners at most make up less than 1/3 of a voting population, it is impossible for them alone to dominate a democracy, & if you believe different its because you believe a lie, that was the point I made.

I dont know, I can only guess that its because of militaristic reasons because nothing politically or economically beneficial is going to come out of Brexit for them except possibly a sense of shared unity due to their new found communal hardship.
