  4. If a guy talks about somebody in Germany, either by publishing something or by broadcasting it, he is under German jurisdiction not Italian. Saying or doing something in one EU state comes under that states Jurisdiction only. The German Judiciary has ZERO duty of care or obligation to anyone who wasn't in their jurisdiction at the time of the alleged offence. Its legally & morally unsound that someone from Italy can not even be in the jurisdiction at the time the alleged offence occurred n then make a claim in that jurisdictions court claiming injury. Its an attack on Freedom of expression & the German Government/Judiciary are facilitating it, surprise, surprise.
