  1. Sounds like this is gonna ultimately be decided in the US supreme court. Idaho can make all the laws It likes but if they're unconstitutional they aren't worth the paper they're written on. Does the US Supreme Court recognize the existence of mental illness ? Yes it does. The question then becomes did Lori kno right from wrong ? Was she aware she was doing something wrong when she killed her kids or did she just think she was breaking the rules which were getting in the way of her "mission" ? All the evidence on her so far suggests she was nuts n was being exploited & manipulated by smart ass Melanie Gibb for her own evil entertainment & by delusional ego mainic Daybell.
