Its only significant if that witness is an expert witness in deciphering the tortured, delirious, garbled ramblings of a dying man who has 3 murderous aggressors kneeling on him as he struggles for breath. The prosecution could just as easily bring in Doris the Tea Lady n get her to agree that its the garbled nonsense of a torture victim being forced to make a confession & it would have just as much credibility.
