Theyre also responsible for the safety of their customers. They're the first who should be held responsible for any injuries that happened on their property. Then go after the cops. Walmarts insurance should provide for its customers legal fees in any case.

  2. Police or store detectives ? It happened on Wal-Mart property so Wal-Mart are accountable too. Let Wal-Mart sue the cops for watever damages they have to pay out to the victims. Its a bit ridiculous to expect the victims to sue the cops on behalf of a multi national corporation for what happened on Wal-Mart property. Yes the cops are at fault too but its Wal-Mart who failed to provide its customers with a safe place to shop.
