Even so. They coulda sat n waited for him in the cased premises at night or better yet, patrolled it, all unarmed off course. If they confronted him unarmed n he attacked they would be within their rights to arm themselves n defend their property. This was a summary execution, at best it was an armed abduction gone wrong.

@michaelholler4841 Its unjustifiable. Plain n simple. At worst the guy tresspassed in a property that wasn't theirs, that they hadn't been asked to protect or watch. They didn't even have the right to detain him seeing as they didn't see him commit any felony. They got it horribly wrong, they WAY overstepped the mark & its almost impossible with a clear conscience to see any grounds for clemency for them.

@chrishofmann8779 Drugs eh ? So which is it Dopey ? Was he being chased & therefore reacting to being chased by armed men, so called overly concerned neighbors, or was he being aggressive ? Which is it, coz he can't have been doing both at the same time, Dopey. Wrong is wrong, n those dickheads were in the wrong, no matter how much of an asshole Aubery may have been. Whatever they suspected him of, other than fleeing the scene of a murder or child abduction or some other emergency along those lines, they got it horrendously wrong. As have you, Dopey. 😈
