  1. But she wasn't respecting their authority !! Whats the point in having a Babysitting Division in the Police Force if they cant tie up children in shackles n chains, cram them into confined spaces n spray chemicals in their face ?

They can't be hanging around all day for a naughty child to calm down, they have to get em tied up in chains, crammed into a confined space n gassed before throwin em in the slammer, pronto ! Dya think they're amateurs or something !? Sheesh !

  5.  @lavender6500  Thats all well n good but the mother doesn't own the Police Force & its Baby Sitting Division, nor is she qualified in any manner or means to control such a force so theres no way they were obeying her command. She isn't "The Queen" or The Empress " of anything is she ?

A swift crack to the back of the skull with a billy club is much more cost effective than subduing naughty child citizens with expensive chemicals that don't even do as much long term brain damage as good old fashioned blunt force trauma. Im starting to see why you believe they ARE amateurs !
