@Schismatic1336 I dunno man. I think he may be one of those guys. He rides high on the crest of his own wave n thats all he can see. He knos what he does well n thats all he does. Guys like that get reality checked n don't do too well after it. Darren Till is a prime example. This fight is a huge step up in quality for Allen & as such I consider him to be a huge underdog. Outside the immediate title picture Kattar is arguably the best in the division.

Hooker is on the slide. Its a VERY bad sign when an experienced fighter looks to restart his career in a lighter division. Allen is no joke tho, hes gone about his work in a slow but steady way & has earned his spot. But if hes banking on Kattar being done, being washed up or being ready to go ? then Allen is in for a rude awakening, especially in the championship rds.

@Schismatic1336 Aye but, you're basing it on what he done to Hooker. Theres a huge gulf between Hooker & Kattar at FW. You'll see on the night. Yes Allen has pop in his left but like Paddy Pimblet, when he goes forward with conviction he gets wild n sloppy. Stylistically Allens "boxing" is remenisent of Diego Sanchez. Entertaining & even exciting at times, when its going his way, but vs a slick guy like BJ Penn or in this case, Kattar, that style is food n drink, maybe even a picnic. You gotta respect Allens power n he has chokes too but considering the quality of fighter Kattar has been the 5rd distance with already I cant imagine what we have seen from Allen so far being too much trouble for Kattar, if any trouble at all.
