Fahad Ekbel Usman is a joke. HEs a boring safety first fighter with one memorable/impressive win on his record thats padded with nobody inside the top 10 thats under 40 yr old but he talks like he believes hes actually Yoel Romero or Jon Jones. Hes a comedy act.

I love this fight but dont be talking stoopid bout Burns. Didn't you see wat he done to Woodley ?! Burns at WW is for real & will be next in line for a title shot unless this fight is extraordinarily close/controversial n theres an immediate rematch.

If Masvidall is as deep in Martys head as he appears to be I can see him leading the dance at every twist n turn n slicing n dicing Marty up so badly that it gets stopped on cuts or a broken nose or eye socket. Marty cant let Masvidall dictate but I havent seen enough craft outa Marty to stop Masvidall dictating, Martys best hope is that Masvidall tires in the Championship rounds

I think so. Masvidall knows how to scrap & how to go up n down the power gears, could be a painful bloody knight for Marty if the ref dont stop it.

Masvidal don't need a finish in this one, if he can keep it standing, sprawl n brawl I can see him slicing n dicing #30PercentMarty. He should be that wee bit too quick witted n that wee bit too slick in every exchange for Nebraskas finest. That said Marty is a very well conditioned fighter n can fight 5 mins of every round for 5 rounds, can Masvidall ? Covington couldn't vs Marty. Masvidall is in Street Jesus mode, pushing #TheResurrection & until someone can snap him outa that frame of mind we are looking at a living legend n possibly the most spectacular finisher in MMA history.

aaaaaaaaaaaa1111a After the fact. He stood with Covington n proved himself a great fighter but reverted to type against Masvidall n clinched n stalled his way to a safety first points win. He bullied Woodley n deserves credit for that too but I think everyone knows Woodleys time was up, which has since become very apparent.

Jon Jones career is iconic not just for the legends he destroyed but for the style he done it in Hes not as wild since USADA came in n hes now just performing at a top class champions level but back in the wildwest he was outa this world.

@Dash101 Edwards is nobody. Whos he beat ? Damaged goods n nearly men n same as Usman he done it by clinching, stalling n running the clock down. Masvidall was on a weeks notice, Usman had a full camp n Masvidallnhad 6 days to make weight, he wasn't fit but he was still able to force Marty to play it safe, clinch, stall n run the clock down. On paper Woodley is a good win n decent performance but Woodleys performance on the night n his fights since then show hes finished at the top level, Marty got him at the right time. His only credible win is against Covington, who is also stage managed n pampered n has been spoon fed broken fighters n left overs on his way to the top, but they had a great fight n Marty won it fair n square ... Then reverted to his boring, timid safety first bullshit vs Masvidall
