However, its not cool to be so casual about Combat Sports or anything else you earn yer "Man Badges" in that you appear to be a wee girl trapped in a mans body. So long as you kno enough to know that it takes a hell of a tough guy to compete at the top level, you kno enough & knowing enough, is cool.

Delusional perversions such as sadism may get you into a combat sport, but once yer in a combat sport yer very soon gonna realise that you better LOVE WAR, not perversions, because the nature of sport is that yer gonna reach your level of competition very shortly & in that level of competition yer gonna meet REAL resistance, as such your true ability gets tested.   11.  @marvin469  Its casual fans who drive the profits, hardcore fans keep the sport alive in times of trouble, and what Im telling you is that in Ireland, throughout the island, there is ZERO support for Garry among the People, they're indifferent to him, at best & that is only if they even know who he is. In Britistan, whos corporate media machine oversees the "Irish" media, there is even less support for Garry, & if he is recognised by mma fans there it is with contempt. So he has no fan base & he has no media machine pushing him to that fan base, so where is the potential for him to be a star ? Hes a decent MMA fighter but he isnt an electrifying one, he isnt stunning at anything. He has the potential to eventually become a recognised respected prelim fighter, maybe wheel him out on the under-card when the UFC comes to Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham or Londonistan. Not a bad standard by any means but its far from being a "Star" in the true sense of the word. Perhaps he can turn it around ? Perhaps he is made of tougher stuff than he appears to be, perhaps he comes through this Rodriguez test, makes improvements, genuinely humbles himself, consolidates & adopts Arnold Allens down to earth, Soldier/Workman attitude n goes about his career quietly & lets his performances do his talking for him, which is the traditional way on these Celtic Isles. If yer from here you kno we dont tolerate Prima Donnas unless they have earned their position beyond question, & then we only tolerate em long enough for us to chew em up n spit em out on their way down. Gary has put the cart before the horse n asked us to jump on board n take a ride with him. We have told him to F O. 🇮🇪

  14. I dont see the big problem. Garry is mobile n has a few decent go to moves but he has nothing devastating vs someone who has good fundamentals & who is TOUGH. If Garry wins this one hes gonna pay dearly for it.

Maddalena is already ranked & has Brady next, if he wins that he is going backwards to fight Garry, even if Garry gets past Rodriguez, which is doubtful, one way or another it isnt gonna be pretty. Garry has going to have to make some serious waves before he gets a fight vs Maddalena. If they were going to fight it should have been this fight tonight.

All things being equal, Garry is going to get his first real taste of American resistance tonight, its going to be a painful reality check, win lose or draw.
