  1. If he beats Vera, & nobody is ruling that out, he is smack bang in the middle of the title picture again. Frankie is nowhere near that picture right now so it would be a huge reverse for Cruz to go n fight him n kill his own forward momentum. If he loses badly to Vera, its another story but as it stands Frankie should be nowhere in Cruz's thinking.
