  1.  @jackspring7709  Well obviously there was very strong evidence available to the DPP, because that evidence & the testimony of the officials who collected it has now been given in the civil case. The question here is not about the evidence, the quality or amount of that evidence but who at the DPP made the decision that they couldnt win a case with it & what on earth made them think that way.

  2. She claims the second guy is lying, that there was no intercourse. The swabs they took from her show McGs DNA is present but there is absolutely zero DNA that matches the second guy's profile.
