  1. 14:59 This is nice hyperbole but it just isn't true. The standard of living, real incomes and every other metric of Communist countries, has slower growth in comparison to Capitalist/Free Market government but that's not the same as 'decline.' Showing a graph of Cuba an island nation, under siege by the world's #1 superpower is quite frankly b.s. and stinks of propaganda. This is the equivalent of me taking your lunch money every morning and then stating that your family is poor and you can't afford lunch. Decline, is defined as negative growth. The average Russian/Chinese post war, has seen their wealth and standard of living grow, just not the same pace as the average German/American. So the Russian in 1965 would not want to go back to living in 1945, and the Russian in 1985 wouldn't want to change places with the one in 1965.
