  1. 36:40 Defund Police is mostly blowback from of a poorly planned/executed Defund Menatal Health initiatives of the preceding decades. The Right's failed "Defund Mental Health" policies of the late 1970s and early 1980s, are the cause of twice as many inmates, prisons, prison guards, and police officers. (per capita) The 1970s and 1980s, saw mental health facilities shut down and jails sprout up like weeds. I don't disagree with most of your video but I would remind you, that history didn't begin in the 2010s.
