  1. How about someone does a simple math problem. What is the population growth of the countries involved? Did the population double in the last 50 years or in the last 5 years? Compare and contrast vs safe cities. Usually, what these places need, is a nationally enforced sterilization of every woman who has a second birth. If two young and healthy adults produce 6 kids every 10 years and between 16-46, said woman can produce 18 offspring, the population explodes and so does poverty, violence, and murder. This is just math. You can't go from 2 people to 20 people in 30 years and expect things to go well. (Yes, this is a drastic example but even (1/2 of 18) 9 offspring would make the problem insane.)
