And I can pause each second and I can see the giant gap between the camer and the white truck on the left. And the space to pass disappears from 2 cars to 0 cars through the video as the camer-driver speeds up to close the gap, when he sees someone passing him. The camer, intentionally sped up, in order to cause the accident. He is such a petty little toilet floater, that his fragile ego just could handle the idea that someone would pass him. I've seen these little floaters on every road I drive on, they are petty, vindictive and small people. True @$$hats.

  11.  @SaltySeattleCyclist  If you want to pass a car at 65 mph and see someone coming in the #1 lane at 75 or 80, you are obligated to allow the people who are driving faster to pass first and then do a safe pass after they have vacated the area. You are not allowed to jump into a lane when others are coming at 90 mph and then force them to hammer their brakes. Passing and driving always have a simple rule, see if you've heard of it, "IF SAFE." As in, do what you like "IF SAFE" and NOT "if you feel like it."

I said pass at your own speed WHEN its SAFE while allowing faster traffic to pass without impeding it, I said don't play traffic cop with cars traveling faster than you, that's NOT your job. I personally stay out of the #1 lane because I am NOT the fastest car on the freeway, I usually travel in the #2 or #3 lanes because I like to drive safer that others. I also like to avoid provoking road rage incidents because I don't want to get shot. You seem to be hell bent on twisting my words to win an argument you devised inside your own head. And then calling me a liar because you built the perfect strawman argument. Sorry, I never made any of the arguments you are replying to. You are a man-child, grow up.

  13. 0:38 He was turning right, he had his right blinkers on, and he was doing a wide turn. The cammer was just not paying attention and had never seen an 18 wheeler do a wide turn. Big rigs are not passenger vehicles, so their turns are much wider. Having said that, he turned on his blinkers a bit late and he should have paid attention to see if anyone was in his right lane, since that's an unexpected maneuver.

  15. 7:33 Not sure why the cops have to give out tickets in a fender bender? The guy admitted fault, they need to take a report. Taking an accident report is a service they are already compensated for, in their salaries. I have no idea why the cops feel that they now need to add fines and fees for a situation they did not witness... Seems like a weird tradition that exists in some States. Now if you lie to the cops or give false testimony, then by all means, go for it, penalize them to the full extent of the law.

  16.  @ITBOILSMYBLOOD  Again, yes, the guy admitted fault. How does this entitle the State to profit from it? And him being shady doesn't really mean anything, since he ADMITTED FAULT. Once he ADMITTED FAULT, the case is closed. They need to write down the report, give a copy of it to both parties and fluff off. I was in a parking lot myself, and while I was parking I didn't brake soon enough and I scraped the bottom of my car on a cement divider. How does that entitle the cops to profit from me braking too late? It doesn't. An accident does NOT entitle the cops, the county, or the State to profit from it, at least not in any decent State where fraud and extortion by cops is not considered normal.

He was not denying fault, he was denying that he broke the law by saying this was an accident and thus there was no legitimate reason to punish him further. The corrupt cops started giving him a ticket because they figured that they could milk a citizen into paying for their new espresso machine. The cops in this instance are the real perpetrators. Read what the cammer wrote and realize that the cammer never said there was a problem with the insurance, or fraud, or an attempt at the Ram driver trying shift blame on him. All that is said that the cops thought this was a chance to make a quick buck of an accident.

  19. @TOPgamesTV LOL I don't disagree with your "fact" that they are always wrong even if they are right but I looked at the video clip and the red truck was blocking everyone behind him and the cammer. So either the cammer was unaware or the cammer was running a scam, trying to provoke other drivers into road rage. I choose to believe that the cammer is not a piece of ish intentionally. But I know for a fact that the red truck is, from just that 10 second clip. Because you can see as the BMW passes them, the red truck is still in the cammer's blind spot blocking 3 cars behind him. So red truck is definitively doing it on purpose.

I'm glad for you but your reality is not the same as that of others. Trying to get of the freeway so that you can get home and eat dinner and relax, is plenty of justification, and then some bozzo decides to ruin your and everyone else's day by playing "parallel camping" with the cars to the right of him, creating a wall, on the freeway. And he does it because he's a human sack of doo and enjoys ruining the day for other people. So yeah... there is a reason, even if you don't know of it.

We know you were in the wrong because we can see that you crossed over a double lane to get away from him before he pulled the gun, so you knew you were in the wrong too, you just got caught and trapped behind other cars. My guess is, you've done this enough times, that this became a habit and almost lost your life because of your questionable habits.

  23. 5:02 If everyone in the lanes next to me is crawling at 10 mph I expect someone to jump in front of me or jump in front of the car ahead of me and I expect to slam my brakes. If you keep going 65 mph while people next to you are at 10 mph, you are gambling, especially since the person who rear ends the other car is 90% at fault according to the law. In order to prevent yourself from being legally liable and being safe, you should have been going 30 mph.

Instead, you have people hauling cargo from FL to WA, jam up freeways, slow you down on your way to work, tear up infrastructure, and feed OPEC wallets, all because trucking and oil companies pay off congressmen and senators, to restrict and prevent, the existence of such distribution centers. All so good bought and sold nation wide, have incredible cost of delivery, added to them (without the consumer being aware.) And all this time, the Oil Theocracies and other members of OPEC get rich, robbing you blind and sponsoring terror, the owners of oil refineries pollute your air you breathe, water you drink, and food you eat, and we pay for an army to maintain the flow of oil due to the initial corrupt system of bribery in Washington.

The lane you were merging into, was empty for about 200 yards (meters) after the first car passed you, not sure why you decided to come to a dead stop.

  29.  @oliverbrubacher9608  It appears that the silver truck made a right turn and then instead of proceeding forward, decided to do a dead stop and make a left turn, all without signaling. It also appears that if the silver truck had simply allowed the cross traffic travel instead of shoving themselves in front of the red truck, then there would have been no issue. But it may be just my interpretation...

The guy in front of the SUV just had busted break lights, you kept pushing your speed like a fool instead of realizing that all of the traffic was slowing down and whether or not that suv got in front of you, you'd still have to slow down. 4:00 You are in a truck, you don't belong in the #1 lane and you shouldn't be slowing down everyone else, we can read the 62 mph that you were doing.

  40. #2 I saw that car trying to get to the right lane from the beginning of the clip, when you were still 50 yards away but the driver was stuck behind a slow car, you saw it too. And then I saw you accelerate, so that he wouldn't get in, you had it coming for shoving yourself intentionally into his blind spot.

  42.  @rrizz2050  The is no "move over law" the left lane is for PASSING ONLY. If you are not passing other cars, you are supposed to get a ticket for being there. That's pretty much EVERYWHERE in North America and Europe.

  44. 4:23 Is is against the law to change lanes in the middle of an intersection here in CA, I don't know what the local laws in your State are. Here, the person changing lanes in an intersection would be held liable. Having said that, you started the turn after being behind the crosswalk, so you were not exactly paying attention to your surroundings. Normally, good drivers pull forward, so that they ca be seen by the drivers in the cross traffic, so you are not a good driver and are probably 50% at fault for jumping into the lane without giving anyone a chance to see that you are making a right.

  45.  @jp1087  Thank you, I googled it, and you are correct, I guess it isn't a statute in CA, and just something I learned as a kid and never questioned. Having said that, I then googled the law in Ohio where the video was taken, and it IS illegal to change lanes in an intersection in OH. So, even if I based it on an incorrect assumption of CA law, I lucked into being correct. :D
