The US only needs a single carrier group to deal with the Israel situation and it already maintains one in the Middle East so 2 out of 14? There are no carriers involved in the Ukraine/Black Sea. so mentioning Ukraine and Russia, seemed like filler material more than anything. Finally, the US always maintains a carrier group in its home waters off the Gulf of Mexico/East Coast, so moving it 100 miles south is no more than a training exercise on any given Tuesday.
