Zawahri was killed in a comfortable neighborhood of Kabul, previously favored by officials of the fallen Afghan Republic and now replete with high-ranking Taliban members." Would that be evidence of collusion and complicity? Would Ayman_al-Zawahiri (2nd General Emir of A-Qaeda) living comfortably in the middle of Kabul with his Taliban friends and neighbors, be enough evidence? Would the Taliban government granting Afghan citizenship to him and Osama and all his Al-Qaeda friends in November of 2001 be evidence? I'm curious how you can suggest that their cooperation is still in question?
