Pakistan is a Feudal society. The Lords and Knights (Officers and Soldiers) extract wealth and obedience from the peasants. Not sure why this is a difficult concept, its been around for thousands of years. Just because the local nobility and their goons wear uniforms and a flag, doesn't change who they are or their form of government. The Pashtun and Baluchi people are ready to overthrow the occupiers and move on to a future of self-determination and the Feudal Lords don't like it because they won't be able to rule and extract future resources.
