Russia: We have to give ourselves a buffer zone, let's take over the Southern Caucuses. China makes up the same sort of excuses. Using this train of thought, the US should take over Mexico, in order to secure its Southern Flank. And then to make itself completely safe, just take over South America. And then to prevent a giant naval invasion of South America, all of Africa should follow. I wouldn't give a bunch of half literate Communists credit for the methodical expansions of the Romanov Dynasty, that's giving credit, where it has not been earned.
