  12. There are several things which sadden me about this. The first is that the poor boy has to live with this now, with memory of a creepy old man. The second is the fact that Dalai Lama had the audacity to “apologise for his joke,” while it can be explained by the Tibetan creepy tradition to show the tongues as sign of submission better explaining his rather pedophilic behaviour. The third is that CCP will use this as a way to justify the oppression they done to Tibet. UPD: the only reason people even defend him, is because before this incident he seemed to us as a saint of the world. I think we all remember how we used to put Dalai Lama on the pedestal because of his teachings. Now this fuck up, is a way and reason to lose our faith in this world even further more.
