  8. Get this. I know of a guy who consensually kissed and fooled around with a girl when she was 17. No sex. She later turns 23 and talks to a cop one night while drinking at a bar. Tells the story. No reason. She just said she did it. Cop asks her if she wants to press charges. She says no. Cop takes the story to his boss. His boss takes it to the state. The state brings up charges against this man who is now married with two small children. All because of some unproven words a girl said even though she had no interest in pressing charges. Tell me how that's justice...
