  3. It'll never happen. Humanity has always been and always will be divided into tribes. If white people go to Africa, they will get even worse racial treatment than blacks get in America. But for some reason blacks are allowed to complain. They want a predominating group of people to bend their knee to them. No one else in the world does that lol. Can you imagine whites going to Africa and saying "we need more white people here. We need more whites in African politics, culture, business, etc" and then demanding that African governments comply by rioting, looting, and firebombing businesses, homes and government buildings?

It just so happens to be that certain people of certain cultures are easier to identify because of their ethnicity and skin color. But there's also other factors that go into it too like clothing style, appearance, mannerisms, language, etc. Not just skin color. The anti-white movement however is purely motivated by demonization through skin color with absolutely zero thought about behavior. No matter what white people do, they can do no right according to the left. They are the scum of the earth and have inherent sin just for simply being born white. If any true racism exists, it's the anti white movement.

This is the consequences of lying to yourself like he does. He thinks himself wise and became a fool. And he never applies the same level of scrutiny to his own ideas as he does the ideas of others.

Because you don't think God is in control, so you appeal to the state to control what you can't. And you live in fear of death as a result so you fall victim to pseudoscience and manipulation to give up your liberties to satiate you're fear of death. You inevitable enslave yourself one way or another. Christians don't fear death and they know they have God on their side so they don't fear death or man. Aside from these things, Harris is incredibly cognitively dissonant and, like most atheists, fails to apply any real level of scrutiny to his own ideas. He claims to value logic and critical thinking, but he ignores a lot of concepts and truths because they don't constitute as evidence in his mind. He acts as if he knows all there is to know rather than actually demonstrating real truth seeking behavior.

  11. This is happening to me now in my marriage. The first two years of our marriage were pure bliss. Then we had a kid. Now the arguments are way too frequent and we're not hearing each other. I'm teaching myself to remember that conflict is like birth pains - it sucks but something good comes out of it, and I need to persevere. The hard part is getting my wife to understand when she's not making any sense and has double standards. But I am trying to also teach myself to just love her even if I can't make her understand. Just love her, fulfill her needs, be patient, wait, take it one day at a time. Taking it one day at a time has made a huge difference because once a conflict began, I would catastrophize inside and think "this is how life's always gonna be". That's not true. Change happens incrementally. And it takes time to do incremental change in a healthy way. So I've had to take a big step back and teach myself some different perspectives because if I hadn't applies these things, I would do nothing but end up hurting my wife. And I love her deeply. She means more to me than anything, and if someone accosted her the way I have at times I would have probably had physical altercations with them over it. It takes time. But it also takes the both of you to change. Both parties need to be held accountable. You can't let the other person slide.

I didn't find either to be useful and I felt the information was essentially psychological dark arts that only weak, selfish, soulless people would actually take seriously. I threw both books in the trash and stopped focusing on power and seduction entirely because I realized people seek power and seduction out of narcissism.

Politics and religion are not like art or food. They're not merely subjective preferences. They are deeply philosophical and at the root of them there has to be truth, but the problem is how people see and find the truth. Look at the American left. You're never going to agree with people who constantly employ lies, propaganda, violence, and double standards while preaching against those very things while simultaneously denying they engage in those tactics. Some people just desperately want to believe their own versions of reality whereas others are deceived. The truth is true no matter what and it always will be. It's all a matter of destroying lies and deceptions and actually finding what's REALLY true even if the truth isn't what you want it to be.
