  2. Home owning is a fairly recent thing in large parts in the US. People rented, people were lodgers, people switched appartments and houses frequently... yet here these folks are pretending that not owning a house is a moral failure and somehow unamerican. So strange.

  3. And quite often the men worked while the women were staying at home because married women were expected to. A lot of companies up to the 70s simply did not employ married women.

Thirdly: that's not a thing. Prosperity doesn't simply arrive because you choose it. It doesn't even arrive because you work hard and long. Fourthly: you okay?
