They knew people were burned and refused to change to a lower temperature (the lower standard temperature common across restraunts) to serve pennies. And when a customer suffered third degree burns instead of paying her hospital bills they slandered her.

  6.  @NoThatRyan  you mean the 'old' testament? 1. Definition does not equal condoning 2. And in case of christianity it does not mean that you are supposed to model yourself on that. Jesus (and aren't christians meant to turn to him for guidance) approached children gently, full of respect and love. 3. Before anyone claims that the 'old' testame does this or that and it can only mean what christianity means it to be: speak to a Rabbi or two.
