  5.  @jujutrini8412  even younger. In some states you do not need parental consent. All you need is a person in position of authority to give the go ahead... and that means the very priest/minister/head of church that conducting the wedding can be the one making the choice on behalf of the kid.

  8. No, Sam. That's not traditional marriage. It's what conservatives argue it is to marry women/girls that are not equal in possesion, experience, and prospects to them. See Matt Walsh. They are wrong when it comes to Europe (the place they have in mind and point to quite often). There is a difference between house and home cultures that is quite significant. But marriage between a young woman/girl to an older man is not the standard in either groups. It is the exeption. An exeption people restored to due to a lack of other options in a large ammount of cases. Consuming the marriage (as Walsh suggests doing) was not encouraged and negativly commented on.
