Who went to court in her home country to be allowed the abortion she was legally entitled to who was told by the first judge to just wait a little longer? Will you tell that to the woman in Malta who very much wanted her baby but went into labour too early and was refused the only thing that could safe her life, an abortion, because those are illegal in Malta? Who are you to judge people and why do you think irresponsible people do not deserve bodily autonomy?

  7.  @alexyoungberg5232  not even money can protect you if you are in a hospital because your water broke, the fetus is dying, you are in danger of dying, but the medical staff cannot help you because there still is a fetal heartbeat. This just happend in Malta where abortion is completly illegal. The only medical solution for that woman was abortion. What they could legally offer was for her to wait till the heartbeat stopped and then remove the dead fetus. She has to fight tooth and nail to even be allowed to leave the hospital and the country to go to Spain to get the help she needed. What of she had not been too poorly already to travel? Even money cannot same you always.
