  9. Fun fact: if you have a Paragraph 24 german Aufenthaltstitel it might show a passed expiry date but legaly it will be treated as valid. Every person from Ukraine who fled after the russian invasion will get a residence permit based on Paragraph 24. And most of them are 'expired' if you just look at the date and not on the paragraph indicating the legal basis they were issued on. These are valid legal documents... yet Youtube lawyers would assume otherwise? It takes minutes to look that up. The same way a learned legal mind on Youtube 'Portugal' could look up the legal situation and context and communicate it to HQ in the US. Is Youtube seriously less legally aware than a german shopkeeper who just read up on 'can this person enter into an apprenticeship contract with an 'date-expired' Paragraph 24? Dang...
