  1. 'Migrant guy' he says... which means he checked his immigration status how? In a tourist hotspot? Having a non-US-passport is not illegal. The fact rhat he used that to justify assault in a place where people from all around the world go to spend money should worry businesses depending on tourists. The fact that it was an american citizen they assaulted should worry americans. Oh, and lets not forgett: assaulting a person you suspect of having commited a crime is illegal, independent of their immigration status.
