  3. The forest Service changing the orbit of planets? They got rakes and shovels big enough to do that? Here in Germany changing the orbit of various planets is the job of the BMI, the ministry for building, interior, and Heimat (don't ask... no one knows what that is about - but they are dang good at shuffling planets).
