  6. Erm... no. Plenty of countries have pupils wearing masks. The problem is that the US has serious issues with gun violence. A person with a gun does not need a mask to get on school grounds.

  8.  @frostbite3318  how have metal detectors stopped school shootings? They haven't, have they? Did the metal detectors at my workplace stop people being killed right in front of the building? No. I do doubt she spent more than 2 minutes thinking up a 'reason' for doing this but hours planning the whole thing.
