@thesteelsquid863 exactly. This week in Germany a reactionary 'journalist' (who used to work for a tabloid) got in trouble in court because he intentionaly misgendered a trans-woman. Not simply because he misgendered her but because he used the word 'male'/'man' as a slur. He is, of course, not going to jail but I do bet someone will try to frame it that way.
