 @JGold-cu5mo No, you actually pay more for less in the US. If you add up the numbers (as several scholars have done) you pay far far more for next to nothing.

@lilliechternacht79 Would it? Not so sure. People who moved to the US after WW2 felt less pressure to be not german than people of german decent who lived in the US during the run up to WW1 and till shortly afterwards.

Her being ignorant and a little fascist fan-girl does not mean her family were Nazis. What here father's remark does reflect was and is the reality for quite a lot of people she obviusly hates.

How is a kid that needs healthcare supposed to pay into the system first? How? And don't say 'oh, the parents'! Because that means that you are okay with kids being deprived of healthcare due to circumstances they cannot control. You are okay letting the kid suffer because you think there are deserving poor and undeserving poor. Meanwhile rich conservatives think all poor people are undeserving. You are lucky if they think you have personhood. Stop doing their dirty work for them

@lilliechternacht79 You do not know it they did. Wr know she has fascist tendencies. Going by her age she is too young to have personal experience of fascism. You know what some of the people who where kept in Buchenwald by the Nazis did though? Keep other people in Buchenwald during the early days of the DDR. Suffering does not make you rational or good. It just means you suffered.
