  3. Does the defense understand that they are making the case for the prosecution? They are proving that Trump had reason to believe the story of him having sex with Daniels (when his wife had just given birth) would be harmful to his campaign. It does not matter if he did - it matters that he and those around him thought it would hurt his ambitions.

  5. It doesn't matter if it was 'all about the money' for Ms Daniels (it wasn't). It matters that Trump and his team thought it was all about the Presidency. They also paid someone of who they assert made up a story about a child fathered in wedlock. They claim they can prove it was untrue yet the man was paid.
