  3. Religious believes do not allow you to be rude to a co-worker. And it does sound as if he doesn't understand that it is managements responsibility to handle bullying in the workplace.

  4.  @deedrole5296  mate... dude... I am in my 50s and not even in the US - abd I knew as a kid and teenager. The civil rights movement didn't suddenly stop in the 70s. People didn't suddenly stop talking about points they raised and the history of segregation in the US. Schools, churches, social clubs have had segregated structures until recently. If he doesn't know he is activly refusing to know. It's like someone in their 60s who lives in Weimar saying that that they have no idea why people stopped holding picnics in Buchenwald after 1933.
