  3.  @The_Gallowglass  no one said exclusivly. No one said gloryfying. Although they did do that wrapped in the cloak of righteousness and caution. This is something plenty of places did in Europe. Germany, France, Italy. Parts of Italy until very recently had an active murder ballad scene (or still has).
