Stricter dress codes for boys and men? Try being a girl at school having your body policed down to the bra-strap. With regard to custody: the discrepancy mostly occures because the main carerer is more likely to be awareded custody. Courts take note of who knows the names if teachers, friends. They note who makes medical appointments and makes sure they are kept. And they do ask the kids themselves (at least they do that in Germany) which form of custody they would prefer. Unsurprisingly women therefore are granted custody more often then men.

@icturner23 I do know what it means to wear uniform in the heat and in freezing weather... swapping from highheels to safety shoes and back... while having to wear make-up. I had days when my feet were bloody from running around in heels... and I had a headache because for several years women had to wear a hat with their uniform.
