  1. If you want your kids to play outside and play outside of organised playdates you have to let them. And you have to allow for boredom, failures, and kids existing outside of your immidiate sphere. This looks a lot like kids growing up in my neck of the woods in Europe. Kids go shopping alone, ride on public transport alone, toodle off to see friends, and play in the woods. The focus is to raise independent kids who know how to handle joy but also frustration. Thank you for the insight.

  6.  @seadragonpirate8195  of course it needs work and it definitly needs infrastructure. Bit the first step is to look a data and realise that being outside is not dangerous in most areas. Yes, even in the US.
