@grmpEqweer I do know that. And you are absolutly right with your comment that signed treaties are law of the land as stated in the constitution. My point is that the constitution itself does not regulate to the level 'Republican' commenters seem to think it does. Refugees and asylum seekers following the law when crossing the border is something that they seem to be unable to wrap their heads around.
