It's part of 'keeping sweet'. It is all a performance. Imagine being expected to perform for your husband 24/7, always watching not only what you say but how your voice sounds saying it. That must be unbelievably exhausting.

@tangentreverent4821 polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos). Quite common and a true pain - to have and to get a diagnose for.

There are scientist that have offered their learned opinion that people with PCOS should be seen as intersex (don't ask me for sources please... it was a discussion between doctors and biologist on a forum... and I forgott to save it). Therefore a lot of people who hate on anyone not cis might be not cis themselves.
