Folks, when someone who thinks that the victim of bullies is the problem here is what you do: every time you encounter them you tell them (calmly) that you are appaled by their behaviour and ask them when they are going to leave polite company. Family gathering? Ask them when they are going to leave as they cannot be trusted. Dinner party? Make clear that you are not going to break bread with someone who is unsafe. Meeting of a Club? Ask them if they are going to leave and if not make them recognise your Club's anti-bullying charta.
