  1. He is literally saying that he does not understand what consent is. To 45 there is no difference between consentual intercourse and what he is accused of. Using the 'argument' that all that matters is if he thinks a woman is 'pretty' should worry every single person who comes into contact with him.

  2.  @willowvons  there should not. That is correct. My point still stands: he does not understand the meaning of consent as his standard answer when accused of assault is 'she is not my type'. His 'argument' is that consent does not matter... only his taste does.
