She did nothing illegal with a fetus that self-aborted. There is no legal standard how you have to handel something that is legally and medically not a corpse.

@sleepingkirby the thing is... she let medical staff know that she miscarried. She is in court although she was expected to miscarry, had no control over when and where it would happen, and told medical staff that she had miscarried.

 @reason6835 it is not a dead baby. It is a non viable pregnancy that self-aborted. Legally it is not a corpse, nor is it medically.

This is a perversion of justice. They are telling us that we will have to fish our miscarriages out of the toilet... and then what? There is no legal standard for disposing of a miscarriage that aborts into a toilet. Hospitals routinly flush pregnancies that end up in a toilet. Yet now lawyers are saying we have to do something, report somehow, comply in some way... or else.
