  5. AI is applied statistics. You would have to train an AI on human behaviour applying which norms? How would that work. AI cannot think but only replicate answers within a framework set by the people who have programmed and fed it.

Especially as the legal and police system in the US is resting on people who depend on polularity to obtain and maintain their position and status.
