  2. Places in the US tried to charge women who were deemed 'irresponsible' while being pregnant in the 80s and 90s. Conservatives will regulate what you can do down to what you eat and drink while pregnant.

If people refuse to do business there, refuse to go to school there, will not even travel through there, when you cannot recruit people with degrees and degrees for your company... what then? Companies in Germany who are in places that are threatening to go to the rightwing AfD are rightly saying that they will suffer. They already struggle to hire and they know full well people will leave should the AfD get in power.
